Terms of Service for Pure PDF Scanner

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Pure PDF Scanner mobile application (the "Application") created by Incredible Inventions Private Limited (the "Service Provider"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

2. License to Use

The Service Provider grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with these Terms. The Application is provided as a Free service for your personal or internal business use.

3. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or decrypt the Application.
• Modify, adapt, improve, or create derivative works from the Application.
• Use the Application for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise not explicitly authorized.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice of the Service Provider.
• Use the Application for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes, including scanning or distributing illegal content.

4. User Content and Responsibility

All operations, including scanning documents, importing PDFs, and joining/splitting files, are performed locally on your device.

• You retain all ownership rights to the documents, images, and data you process using the Application.
• You are solely responsible for the content you scan, edit, save, or share using the Application.
• Because the Application operates entirely offline and collects no data, the Service Provider has no access to your files, assumes no responsibility for your content, and cannot recover lost data if you delete the Application or clear its storage.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you acknowledge that we operate on a strict zero-data collection model, meaning all processing (including Google ML Kit text/document detection in Android version App) happens locally on your device, and no personal data or documents are collected or transmitted to our servers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Incredible Inventions Private Limited or its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Application, even if the Service Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms within the Application or on our applicable web page. Your continued use of the Application after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
