This Privacy Policy applies to the Pure PDF Scanner mobile application (the "Application") created by Incredible Inventions Private Limited (the "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is provided "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application is designed with a strict zero-data collection policy.

• No Personal Data: We do not collect, request, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email, phone number, or device IDs.
• No Usage Tracking: We do not track your interactions within the app, your IP address, or the time spent on specific pages.
• No Location Data: The Application does not access or gather information about the geographical location of your mobile device.
• Camera and Storage Access: To provide its core functionality (scanning documents, taking photos, and importing/exporting PDFs and images), the Application requires access to your device's camera and local file storage. All documents, images, and files processed using these permissions remain strictly on your local device. We do not access, view, collect, or upload this content.

2. No Server Uploads

All operations performed by the Application—including scanning documents, applying filters, cropping, splitting or joining PDFs, and generating ZIP files—take place entirely on your device. The Application does not upload any data, scanned content, imported files, or generated PDFs to our servers or any third-party servers.

3. On-Device Machine Learning (AI)

The Android version of App utilizes Google ML Kit to power its "Smart live camera scan mode" for fast and accurate document detection. Please note that this feature relies entirely on on-device machine learning. The AI processing happens locally on your device in real-time. No images, documents, or data are collected, stored, or sent to our servers or Google's cloud servers during this process.

4. No Account or Login Required

The Application is fully functional without any user registration, account creation, or login process.

5. No Third-Party Advertising

In its current build, the Application:

• Contains no third-party advertisements.

6. Links to Other Applications and Websites

The Application may contain links to other applications (such as other apps by the same developer). If you click on a link to another app, you will be directed to that service (e.g., the Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

Please note that these external services are not operated by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of any app or website you visit.

7. Third Party Access

Since no data is collected, no information is shared with third parties. However, the Application is distributed through app stores, which may collect information as per their own privacy policies:

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. Because the Application does not collect any data and processes everything locally, it is inherently safe for all age groups.

9. Data Retention and Opt-Out Rights

Because the Service Provider does not collect any user data, there is no data to retain on our end.

• Deletion: All scanned documents, imported PDFs, folders, and exported ZIP files are stored locally on your device. You can permanently delete this data by deleting the files from your device's storage or by uninstalling the Application.
• Opt-Out: You can stop all processing by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard process on your mobile device.

10. Security

We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. The "Privacy by Design" approach of this Application—collecting zero data and performing all actions offline—serves as the primary safeguard for your information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to review this policy periodically, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
